Sakura Park

Rena looked over at Joey staring intently into the lake. "Uh... Joey? Are you okay?" She said as he began walking toward it.

"Oh Jesus, you surprised me! Umm, yeah. what's going on?" Joey said with his focus taken off the lake.

A little confused, Rena decided to just go with it. "Yeah not much, just looking at the lake, like you seemed to be doing so intently." She said suspiciously.

Confused for a moment, Joey looked towards the lake and said "Oh... I was, wasn't I? Guess I was thinking about catching fish or something." Joey felt strange. He didn't really remember much about looking at the lake.

Rena was staring to worry a little, but tried to take no notice of it. "Oh well, how's the fishing been?" She asked politely.

"Oh... well, I guess I haven't really done it for a few days. Been mostly just... umm...umm... sorry, I'm really groggy this morning. It's probably hangover or something. Can't really think right now," Joey said with his palm on his forehead, still wearing the same blank expression he always has.

"Oh your hangover, of course. How's that going?" She asked, chuckling.

"Feels... nostalgic. Had it for a while now. Feel like i... lost something? Is that what I'm doing? Looking around?"

"I wouldn't know." She said blankly.

"Yeah. Well, I'll see you around. I feel like getting another drink. You take it easy too too Falchy."

"You sure that's a good idea?" Rena asks, concerned.

"Yeah. Mead's the only way I can get my honey fix nowadays, You wanna join?" Joey replied.

"Fair enough. Nah I'll pass, I'm just gonna chill here for a bit. Catch you later." Rena says, staring back into the lake.

"Be seeyin' you," Joey said as he started heading toward the bar.

I wonder what's up with him. Rena thought as she leaned back over the banister.

Akio wasn't sure what to answer. It was all kind of sudden. He looked away, embarrassed and rubbed the back of his neck with the free hand, Then she got up on her toes and she was now very close. He looked back into her eyes.


Akio got too shy after a few seconds so he had to face the ground instead. "We can just.. Take a walk around the park.. Maybe?" he said, very quietly.

Rena smiled at the fish in the lake beneath her and listened to the quiet conversations of the people around her. They sure are a strange bunch. She thought. Maybe I'll actually start to fit in, for once. She lifted her head to gaze at the endless sky, a bit of a habit she'd developed over the years. The wind was strong yet soft, causing her hair to fall out of the elastic ribbon she had so carefully tied.

"H-huh?" Fuko blinked and turned back to Sakku. "..What were we talking about?"

Sigh "you shouldn't spy on other peoples romances, fuko."

"Hmm~? Why not, I don't much about romance, so, now I have a chance to find out more about it." Fuko grinned, and then looked at Sakku. "Have you been in a relationship before? ;3"

"No, and i don't intend to be. Now, lets go." She eye twitched

"OKAY~" Fuko said loudly, and looked at her face. "Lead the way, Sakku-chan~"

Sigh "where do you want to do, BESIDES here"

"Hmm.." Fuko thought for a moment. "..AH! The Northen Forest. I want to go there." (*cough* she doesn't know the rules *cough*)

Facepalm "but...its out of bounds...."
