Infirmary

"You suppose?..." Joey responded with his eyebrow raised. "This is all crazy."

"Well... Ugh... I have horns?" Awkward silence. "Wait for the teacher to wake up. But until then let her sleep. Seriously, she is scary." Glances up to make sure Sakku is asleep.

Joey reponded "...Those are real?" He then looked over to Sakku and remembered that she had used telekinesis.to force him into a blanket. "Then... magic is real? .....God, what kind of nonsense anime bullshit is this?"

"These horns are real, and magic is real..." Sighs. "Sorry, I can't explain it to you. The only way to prove it would set the school on fire..."

"..."

Joey then noticed that his bangs were reaching past the bottom of his face. "What the fuck?... why is my hair so long?!"

Reira pops out of sakkus pocket and jumps onto the boys bed, looking up at him. She limps her head to the side.

Doesn't see Reira. "You didn't grow it that long? Oh well." Stands up. "There should be scissors in one of these cupboards..." Walks to them and starts rummaging through the drawers.

"I don't think I even COULD grow it this long. And wait, don't I get a say in how it's cut?"

Joey looked at the animal in front of him, then began to blush in embarrassment.

Staring up at him, blinks alittle then lifts little arm and squeaks.

"G-go away!" Joey said to the strange animal with his face all flustered.

"..." Turns and stares at Reira, then coughs. "The previous you couldn't exactly get a good hair cut. So I shall cut your hair instead." Brandishes scissors.

Reira tears up alittle, looking at him confused.

"S-stop that!" Joey said looking at the animal trying to turn away.

"I don't want to hear that from somebody who wears glasses with horns! God, can I at least say which style I want? Like a samurai ponytail? I've been trying to do that for a while, but that aunt of mine at that Vietnamese hair salon always cuts it short when I ask for texturing."

"I'll do my best." Little brat Joey, is still Joey I guess...

Snifflng, Reira tries to convince him by tapping his lap.

"Fine! You can stay... Just don;t move around too much..." Joey said to Reira, with his face as red as a tomato.

Reira squeaks in approval and crawls up him, sitting at his shoulder. Squeaks again.


(okay, sleeping hoars, ANJI OUT )

Looks at Reira, then shrugs and lets it be. "Do you like cute things then?" She asks as she clips of some of his fringe.

"... I see. Picks up Reira and places on Sakku's lap. "Stop blushing like a school girl then."

"Sh-shut up and cut!" Joey responded.

Laughs. "Ok, fine." Takes a hairband, and ties up the hair.

"...Thank you." Joey mumbled under his breath.

"What was that?" She called, as she headed back to the cupboards.

"Ask your mom."
